Map view for the service overview
Similar to the machines overview, we now display service information on a map. Service providers can zoom and drill down into areas for better insights. The machines are grouped by color according to their service status (overdue, due, future service, or missing service information).
Jump to top scope
The possibility to jump to your top scope with one click has been suggested by several admins. Especially when you are working on a service provider level with a lot of descendant organizations, this functionality is important. Version 1.10 includes this functionality. You can find it next to the scope selection menu and next to the search bar in the scope selection window. By clicking on this arrow, you will go straight to the highest organization level you have access to.
Improved speed of Organization Maintenance
Some pages in the organization maintenance overview took a long time to load. As of now, the speed has been improved significantly.
Get ERP equipment information
This functionality makes it easier to complete the available ERP information in Smartlink. Instead of going to SAP and copy-pasting the Equipment Number and Scope Number into Smartlink, you can get it automatically. In order to get this information automatically, you only have to click on GET ERP DATA. If this information is available, the fields will be filled out automatically.
NOTE: This information is not used to push organization data to Smartlink (see the article about data synchronization). However, it is being used to push service history data from SAP to Smartlink. In other words, without the Equipment Number, your organization can still be controlled by ERP. Without the Equipment Number, we cannot show service history information of that equipment.
Improved pricing information (My Subscription)
In order to make the pricing information more accurate to end-users, we made a small adjustment to the pricing label. Instead of showing an exact price, it now indicates that the monthly subscription starts with this price (from €97.50).

Raw data on zoom
When the reporting period is less than 24 hours, we typically did not show any data. This was because trendlines are based on aggregated data. You had to manually turn on Show Raw Data in the settings to see a trendline. Similar to our latest trend graph improvements, SPM trend graphs now show raw data when the reporting period is less than 24 hours. This would also mean that, if you zoom into a period is less than 24 hours, you will be able to see a trendline.

It is now also possible to change the settings of a Trend Graph. You can select to show outliers, use step interpolation, or show raw data.
Improvement unassigning/removing machines
When resolving a duplicated serial number, there were three ways to do this: change the serial number, remove the serial number, or archive the serial number. The option to archive was not really needed so we decided to hide this. This remark was already made in the concerning help article but the option was not hidden yet.
At the same time, we decided to add a third way to unassign a machine. Previously, when unassigning a machine, you either kept or removed the machine's history. Now you can remove a machine completely. So, instead of choosing unassign and remove machine history when a machine has been scraped, it is better to select remove machine.
DeratedState notifications improved
It sometimes happened that the DeratedState event triggered the same notification multiple times in a short timeframe. This repeated information is of no added value so we applied a rule to only send the same DeratedState notification once per day.
Local time for Energy KPIs
The way timezones were applied in the Energy KPI overview caused some discrepancies in the reports. We now make sure that the applied timezone matches the user's current timezone.
