Add machines without connectivity (not-connected)
In order to give a complete overview of your customer's installed base, it is now possible to add machines without connectivity. These not connected machines are not equipped with an upload device and cannot communicate to the cloud. However, the system can still show relevant information from SAP.
Sales hierarchy
Sales groups from SAP were added to customer center organizations. The sales groups are organization types you can create below a customer center. Users can be assigned to specific sales groups so their scope is focussed on their customer's data.
Improved license Sanity Check
Improvements were made to the license sanity check. The system is now better able to automatically check which licenses apply.
Weather data forecast
We are now storing weather data forecast to be used by the data science team.
Button added to Warnings & Shutdowns overview
The new Frequent Warnings & Shutdowns overview has been improved with an additional call-to-action button. Users can go straight to the notification settings to make adjustments if necessary.
Improved SPM overview
Whenever there are no machines equipped with an SPM kit, the overview will indicate this with a message.
Improved login experience (Clamp)
Previously, users had to scan the QR code twice when signing in. The second time has now been removed. Users are redirected straight to the commissioning page after signing in.
Smartbox command history
A list with all previous Smartbox commands is now available in the Fleet Management overview.
Added machine details (single machine overview)
In the Single Machine overview, the general machine details have been enhanced with the following fields:
- Elektronikon app version
- Elektronikon driver version
- Elektronikon software name
- Elektronikon software version
Improved connectivity overview
Several improvements were made to the connectivity overview:
- Added the contract type (code and description) as a filter
- Added the control type as a filter
- Export functionality added
Improved filter functionality (general)
Active filters are often overlooked, causing some confusion regarding the search results. In order to indicate that the filter is active, a badge shows how many filters are enabled.
Improved event overview
When opening the event overview, the filter settings are now expanded with warnings, shutdowns, and license events selected by default.
