Report improvements

Each month, we reach thousands of users with our reports (one-off or subscriptions). This indicates reports are not just an important feature that adds value to customers, it is also a great way to reach them. Therefore, we are working hard on improving the reporting features. Currently, we are creating a new type of report and we are improving the existing reports. New versions will be implemented gradually in the coming releases. 

These are the latest improvements:

  • General layout improvements (aligned with Atlas Copco/Brand Portfolio branding guidelines)
  • A clickable table of contents
  • The general information section improved (including a new KPI: connected rate)
  • A glossary
  • An improved cover- and back page
  • An introduction explaining the content and purpose of each section

Service provider per site (not per customer)

On several occasions, it has been necessary to set different service providers below the same customer-organization. However, it was only possible to have one service provider per customer. This made it difficult for customers with both AC as well as BP equipment, operating in larger areas, or with different types of equipment (vacuum vs compressors).

ES devices in map view

In addition to Smartboxes, we now also support the geolocation of ES devices. This means Service Providers can locate ES devices on the map in SMARTLINK/ICONS.

Recover removed machines

There have been many instances where a machine was removed by accident. In order to recover such machines, admins had to create a ticket. From now on, you can recover removed devices from the UI without help from the global connectivity team.

The more info link in the recommendation details is now configured as a resource. As a result, we can have a separate destination for recommendations on the ICONS website.
