Version 2.1 - What's new?

Release date: July 12, 2021

Quotes to C4C

Whenever end-customers reach out to their service providers, the message ends up with the quote manager. Because such requests can be considered leads, they will now be sent to C4C (once processed by the Lead Engine).

The quotes that will be pushed to C4C are:

  • Contact me
  • Request a quote (for spare parts, service, intervention, other)
  • Subscription upgrade
  • Contact of recommendation
NOTE:The change does not apply to leads/requests for distributors and non-ACT! countries. This will still be pushed to the quote manager.

Service provider dashboard 2.0

We have started communicating the new connectivity strategy for a while now. In order to keep our focus aligned, we have recreated the service provider dashboard according to the three main objectives: Connect, Adopt, and Monetize. For each business objective, we have selected a set of three KPIs. These are the leading  KPIs when reporting connectivity performance.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

The level of security is increasing. In order to protect your data even better, we have enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Two-Factor Authentication requires you to verify who you are in two ways. Without 2FA, you only have to provide your username and password to sign in. With 2FA, there will be added an extra step to the login process. You can find more information about 2FA here.

Key-account dashboard improvements

Several improvements were made to the Key-account dashboard and the KPI overviews:

  • The dashboard's reporting period default is now set to 365 days.
  • In the Usage card, the order of operational states is changed (loaded > unloaded > stopped > shutdown > communication lost).
  • The top panes (first rows) are now frozen. This enables you to see the column headers while scrolling down.
  • KPI tables can now be exported (without the graphs).
  • Tooltips were added to the page titles

Measurement point number in reports

When downloading measurement data (reports > download measurement data), we previously only showed a column with the measurement names. An extra column is now added with the measurement point number.

Default measurement point for chillers

in the single machine overview, the default measurement point in the trend graph for chillers is now 'cooling water out temp' (measurement point 1207).
