New summary reports
Aimed at staying engaged with customers, SMARTLINK now also generates automated summary reports for users with an Uptime license or equipment under Total Responsibility contract. Similar to the Energy summary report, the Uptime report is generated every quarter. The TR summary report will be generated once every six months.
Service timeline added to reports
As part of the report layout improvements, you can now add a service timeline to your on-off or periodic reports. This timeline is similar to the one you can find in the service overview on site-level.
Service provider column in recommendation overview
For better management of your recommendations, we have added an extra column to the recommendation overview on service provider level. This column indicates which service providers are linked to every recommendation. This is especially useful when your scope includes multiple service providers (for example, customer centers with a lot of indirect business).
Contact information of service provider improved
Previously, the phone number displayed on your company's contact page was coming from your organization's quote manager. However, this person is not necessarily the one responsible for taking incoming calls. In order to provide you with more flexibility, you can now choose a phone number independent of the quote manager.
ERP customer number in company settings
Currently, registration in the SMARTLINK mobile app requires submitting a customer number to verify your access. This is not the most user-friendly solution as a customer number is not something that is easily accessible for users. To make this easier, customers can get their customer number from their company details in SMARTLINIK.
