Connectivity overview
Service providers now have a detailed overview to follow-up on targets (connected machines, licenses, and more). It is also possible to trend the performance on such KPI's. Go to OVERVIEWS > CONNECTIVITY or click here to take a look.
License overview: export functionality
In the new version, you are able to export the license overview.
"Last communication" indicator
It was not always clear how to understand the timestamp of the connectivity status. Smartlink now clearly makes a difference between the 'Last communication' and the 'Latest data received'. The first only indicates whether the machine is still online. The second indicates when the upload device has sent data for the last time. You can find this information by hovering over the connectivity status in the detailed machine overview (MACHINES > select machine).
New machine type: chiller
Smartlink now also supports chillers.
Improved reports
We limited the number of measurement points that can be included in the data reports. By doing this, there are no issues anymore when exporting data.
