Version 3.30 - What's New?

Overview

We are excited to announce the release of Smartlink version 3.30, available as of release dates mentioned above. This update brings new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, etc.. Smartlink team has worked hard to ensure this release enhances your experience with our product, making it more efficient and effective to use.  

New Features

  • User can select a language in SmartLink and the entire platform will be available in the chosen language. User can select the language by opening Settings → Regional Information → Language 

  • Number of times a user logged in Smartlink is now available in User Maintenance page. To see the data you can go to Admin → User Maintenance. Information is visible in the last column for the last 30 days.

Improvements

  • SMARTLINK’s information Security Management System is ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified by LQRA under UKAS accreditation. The certification badge is now visible in the trust center. 


  • All Documents section used to show all documents including invoices. We have moved invoices to ‘Others’ tab and it won’t be shown in All Documents section.

  • Conductivity now accommodates both S/m and µS/cm as units of measurement. It has been incorporated as a defined quantity, with S/m recognized as the SI unit for conductivity. Additionally, µS/cm serves as the metric unit of measurement for conductivity.

  • Mac address of the machine is now visible in the Single Machine Overview and is mainly applicable for MK5s controllers. It is visible under Assets → Single Machine Overview → General 



Bugfixes

  • The number of machines displayed on the Site page within the Assets screen now accurately reflects the actual asset list presented in both grid view and list view.

  • Customer center operations roleis now has permissions to edit the machine settings. 

  • Cybersecurity pop up on the trust center page shows the security document correctly, which can be viewed and downloaded as per the user requirement.

  • Adding new SalesGroup in a Sales Region didn’t save all the relevant details after reloading the details page. With this release, this issue has been resolved and now Saving a new SalesGroup will now store all the provided fields in the relevant fields as shown below. 


Deprecations

  • Turbo ZH machine energy parameter details can no longer be edited in the Smartlink.
