Overview

We are excited to announce the release of Smartlink version 3.25, available as of release dates mentioned above. This update brings new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, etc.. Smartlink team has worked hard to ensure this release enhances your experience with our product, making it more efficient and effective to use.

New Features

  1.  Improved support for the optimization plan: 

    a. Tuning Parameter Visualization: Internal users can now view tuning parameters for the central controller directly within the interface, enabling better insights and control.

    b. Optimization Plan Status Display: The portal now clearly indicates whether a customer has an active optimization plan for their Airnet.

    c. Optimization Plan Request: Customers without an optimization plan can now easily request one through SmartLink, simplifying the process of acquiring an optimized solution.

  2. Support for New Machine Types: The platform now supports two additional machine types: 

    a. TDV Cooler 
    b. Nitrogen Purifier: NPH (DEOXO) 



Improvements

  • Obsolete Sensor Data Removed: Outdated and irrelevant sensor readings have been eliminated from the portal to ensure more accurate data representation.
  • Phone Number Validation in Self-Registration: The system now prevents the use of invalid phone numbers during self-registration, enhancing data integrity. 
  • New External API Endpoint for Asset Assignment: A new version of the External API endpoint has been created for the Rental division, allowing assets to be assigned based on region, improving flexibility and efficiency. 


Bugfixes

  • Smart Box Type Visibility: The asset list now correctly displays the smart box type, ensuring complete and accurate asset information.
  • Empty Page Issue Resolved: Users encountering an empty page when accessing SmartLink will no longer face this issue, improving overall reliability.
  • Corrected Temperature Units in Exported Data: Exported data will now consistently display the correct temperature unit, ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Phone Number Removal Fix: Users can now successfully remove their phone numbers from their profiles without encountering errors.
