Overview

We are excited to announce the release of Smartlink version 3.26, available as of release dates mentioned above. This update brings new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, etc.. Smartlink team has worked hard to ensure this release enhances your experience with our product, making it more efficient and effective to use. 

New Features

Smart Airnet gateway RSSI is now displayed: 



Improvements

  • Improved ticket creation in COPS by automatically adding special-care machine tags to both manual and automated diagnostic tickets.

 


Bugfixes

  • Customer role can create trend graphs now for machines which have licenses.
  • Mobile App related:

  • VSD machines are showing incorrect load percentage when compared to portal. This has been corrected in application now.

  • Machine information is not translated in the app and was in English. This has been corrected and now users should be able to see the machine information in the language they selected.
  • Time zone and language dropdowns are missing for users in the China region.
  • Fixed the machine state and events information in application. It is in sync with portal now.
