Version 1.17 What's New?

Release date: March 22, 2021

Move sites

Until now, it was not possible to move a site from one customer to another. You can now change the parent of a site to another customer. This saves you the trouble of creating a new site, moving equipment, users, and deleting the old site. It is still required to recreate notification groups and report subscriptions.

Call-to-action button in Event Details

In order to create a more seamless experience for our end-users, a call-to-action (CTA) button was added to the event details page. Whenever the user goes to this page to further investigate an event's details, a button enables them to get in touch with the service provider straight away. Note that some rules were taken into account. For example, the button will remain hidden for equipment under a Total Responsibility contract. This also means that the button can only be shown for service providers with SAP integration.

Push notifications to the AIRlink app

Whenever a user decides to receive notification by SMS in the notification settings, this message will also be delivered by push to the AIRlink app. of course, in order to receive these messages, the user needs to have registered for AIRlink.

Trend graph for low data mode

In the previous version, we introduced a hiding logic for trend graphs when there are no paid licenses. This made it hard to analyze machines in Engineering Scan mode. As a solution, you will now get two weeks to use the trend graphs once an engineering scan has been activated.

Service overview improved

On service provider level, the action menu in the service overview was disabled until now. The details option will now redirect you to the single machine overview.

CLAMP: reset service status from the portal

It is now possible to reset the service status of CLAMP devices. Whenever service is performed, go to the service overview on site level, and scroll down to the timeline. A button (CLAMP SERVICE) triggers a popup where you can complete the action.

Additional machine details

In the single machine overview, the Smartbox device type has been added to the machine's details. You can find it in the 'general' section.

SPM improved

Improvements were made to the SPM data handling.

Diagnostic dashboard improved

Several improvements were made to improve the usability of the diagnostic dashboard. Diagnostic engineers will experience better performance and an improved UI.

Contract description added to filters

Since all the contract abbreviations are not known to everyone, a description has been added to the contract types in search filters.

Deleting a user improved

The backend process of deleting a user has been improved. Less unexpected issues will be experienced now.

AirKeeper added to the unassign filter

AirKeeper has been added to the filter criteria in the Unassigned Machines overview. You can find it in the list of upload device types.

External API improved

A new endpoint was developed to get the machine events by serial number. If you have any questions about using external APIs, please contact us via myQUEST.
