Version 1.9 - What's New?

Release date: September 7, 2020

Custom Service History timeline

Not all service providers are linked to COPS. As a result, there is no timeline with previous visits available in the service overview. This is an example of a service history timeline:

In version 1.9, it is also possible for other service providers to maintain a service history timeline. The information that is usually being pulled from COPS, can be added manually or automatically based on the messages generated by the controller. In other words, cards that are added to the timeline automatically are triggered by cleared service warnings. You can change this default information to your preference.

Improved map view

Previously, the displayed colors on the machine map were blue. The dots only indicated the number of machines in a specific area. This view has been improved with pie-charts. The colors indicate what proportion is online, offline, or disconnected.

Delete notification groups

As requested by many, we made the option available to delete notification groups. Do know that the option to make notification groups inactive is still available. If you want to avoid accidentally deleting the wrong group, it is recommended to first review the group settings and make it inactive for the time being. You can always delete it later on (or even activate the group if necessary).

Making users inactive

Previously, users remained in notification groups or report subscriptions even when they were inactive. Although making the user inactive was still effective, seeing such users in groups and subscriptions could cause some confusion. When you now make a user inactive, the user will be removed from all active features.

Improved company details

In order to improve the workflow of admins, we extended the company details with the SAP Scope and SAP Number.

Trend graph improvements

Multiple choice selection

Previously, when creating a trend graph page, you had to click on ADD ANOTHER TRENDLINE for each additional measurement point you wanted to plot.

In version 1.9, this is not needed anymore. The previous single-selection menu has been replaced by a multiple-choice menu. Instead of selecting a measurement point and adding another trendline to select the next one, you can select up to 4 different measurement points at once.

Additional details in the tooltip

Once you added your trend graph, you can also get extra details in the tooltip. Previously, it showed the timestamp, machine, and the registered value. By clicking on a specific point, you can now also see the machine's integration state and the operational state.

User feedback for recommendations

In addition to liking active recommendations, users can now also add feedback. This qualitative feedback can improve the accuracy of our recommendations a great deal. As a result, it enables you to better respond to the actual needs of your customers. Each user can give feedback on a specific recommendation once. More information about recommendations, including the feedback-option, is coming soon.

Improved machine overview: integration state

An indicator has been added to the machine overview: the machine's integration state. Users with an ES device can now easily find out the current central control status of a machine. The integration state is displayed below the operational state.

You can also find this indicator in the detailed machine overview.

Machine overview: ERP filters

The machine overview has been extended with additional ERP filters. This will enable you to filter machines by their status code and contract type

Improved fleet management

Since offline machines are not able to receive remote commands, they are now unavailable for selection. You will notice that the offline machines are grayed-out along with a tooltip informing you why.

Improved running hour overview

The running hour overview has been improved with an additional metric. The last column now shows the load ratio. This metric is based on the loaded hours relative to the running hours. Specifically, it is calculated as follows:

The value is expressed as a percentage.

Move machines

In version 1.4, we introduced the option to move machines with a simple click. However, it was required to select a specific site. From now on, you can easily move machines from any scope. Selecting a specific site is not necessary anymore.
