Version 1.8 - What's New?

Release date: August 17, 2020

Recommendations fully implemented

All functionalities needed to generate and send smart events (recommendations) have been fully developed. We will introduce the feature in the following days.

Change user status

Many admins have experienced the struggle of having to create a ticket when a user is stuck in AccessGranted-state. From now on, admins with permission to manage users can change the user state back from AccessGranted to Invited. This allows admins to resend an invitation so users can try registering again.

Competitor machine support

Our connectivity platform now also supports machines of competitors. This also means that our customer centers can connect and monitor competitors' machines. In the portal, the machine-type is labeled Competitor_Compressor and the controller-type RegTab. Use this to filter the machine overview to competitor-machines.

Improved trend graphs

Trend graphs show aggregated data to make it easier to analyze. We now implemented the option to exclude outliers (all data points greater than 2x the standard deviation) to improve the visualization of trends. Outliers are shown by default so you have to disable the SHOW OUTLIER option first. You can do this in the GRAPH SETTINGS menu.

Running hours to SAP

From now on, running hours are pushed to SAP regularly. For the moment, the running hours are updated every two weeks.

Service provider dashboard

Your dashboard at the service provider level shows targets for various performance indicators. However, this dashboard previously only showed your relative performance (percentages). Information about the absolute figures was not available in the dashboard. In version 1.8, we now show the total number of machines per service category. This means that you instantly know for how many machines service is (over)due.

Added export-functionality

Both the Commissioning Flow overview as well as the Duplicate S/N overview are now available for export. Similar to the other overviews, you can find the export-button in the search bar.

Engineering scan

For some issues with machines, it helps to collect a lot of data for analysis. By activating the engineering scan the machine will remain in an enhanced high data mode for 7 days. Instead of sending data every 5 minutes, the machine will send data every 5 seconds. Use this feature by going to the FLEET MANAGEMENT overview > select machine > select the command (Engineering Scan) > click on SEND COMMAND

A few things need to be considered. First, there are costs involved when uploading such a high amount of data. These extra costs will be allocated to the respective customer center. Finally, in order to avoid misuse of the command, it is only possible to activate the engineering scan for one machine at the time. Please take this in mind and share this information with your team.

Improved connectivity overview

Sometimes, customers disconnect the machines themselves. In such cases, we now hide these machines from the connectivity overview.

More service countries

This improvement concerns only customer centers that cover a service area consisting of many countries. It was not possible to add more than 12 countries to your service area. In version 1.8, this limitation has been removed. Go to the organization details of your customer center to add all your service countries.

External API

In order to share data with other teams and improve integration, we developed an external API. The API will allow us to share operational data such as running hours and operational states.

Organization maintenance improved

Navigating the organization maintenance overview has been improved. When searching for certain organization details, you can now go back to the previous page where you left off without having to rerun the search.

AIRKeeper support

AIRKeeper has been successfully linked. This means that the data will now also be available on the connectivity platform.

Populate CO2 default value

You can set the Energy conversion kWh to CO2 (kg/kWh) in the company settings. However, in previous versions, the field remained empty when no value had been submitted. From now on, the platform shows a value of 0.6 kg CO2 per kWh by default.

Delete site improvement

In some cases, deleting a site was being blocked by the system because reports were downloaded from that organization. This has been improved in the latest version. Now, deleting a site is only being blocked when the downloaded reports was an actual subscription.

Running hour overview improved

The running hour overview now shows additional details. It includes the start date and end date of your selected reporting period. This makes it easier to determine when the running hours were uploaded exactly.
