Version 1.2 - What's New?

Our new release (Version 1.2) includes new features, improvements and bug fixes.


Reports

  • We added two new sections: the usage overview with operational states and the recommendation section.
  • The subject line of the report subscription mail now includes the site name too.


Service Overdue

Before, the calculations of days that a machine's service is overdue depended on the controller. The controller data was not always accurate, so from now on it will be based on our own calculations. 


Improved auto commissioning

The work center number of organizations is now included in the Regional Customer cnter and service branch organization details overview. Whenever a machine is being auto commissioned (registered), the system will try to assign the machine to a matching working center (if available). You need to fill the work center number in the organzaition maintenance in order to create the link. 


Geolocation

We now store and show information regarding the geolocation of machines. Being able to locate machines will make it a lot easier to resolve issues with unassigned or duplicated machines.


Service overview for global customers

Similar to what service providers see, global customers can now follow-up on the service status of there machines.


Health scores

We created a new health score that is only visible for internal users. As a result, we now differentiate between internal versus external health scores.


Trend graph improvements

  • We added the option to show the state bars of all machines in one trend graph page (Settings)

  • The space between state bars is now smaller
  • We added a raster (horizontal lines) to the trend graphs to make reading and interpreting trendlines easier
  • You can now zoom in on the vertical axis as well


Tooltips service provider dashboard

The service provider dashboard now includes more information regarding service targets when you hover over the tooltip icon.


Usersnap removed

Usersnap (appeared when you clicked on 'feedback') is now removed. If you now have any suggestions regarding the improvement of the platform, we kindly ask you to use myQUEST for this.


Fleet management

The successful execution of fleet management commands is now confirmed by a snack bar message at the bottom of the page.


Smartclamp

The implementation of the smartclamp is finished.
