What the Compressor Management tab is used for
The Compressor Management tab gives the user direct control over key operating settings of a Nano-controlled compressor. Through this tab, a user can remotely manage machine behavior, adjust pressure-related settings, and define when the compressor should apply different operating profiles.
In practice, this tab is used for three main purposes:
Immediate control of the machine through remote start and stop
Pressure optimization by defining pressure band profiles that match site demand
Automated behavior by applying a weekly schedule to those pressure band profiles

Remote start and stop
When connected to a Nano Controller, the user can start or stop the compressor directly from the app instead of operating it on the machine itself.
For Nano Controller machines, this action has no special startup limitation. The app and machine can execute the command remotely without the manual-start prerequisite that exists on other controller types.
How to use it
Open the machine in Smartlink Mobile.
Go to the Compressor Management tab.
Select the remote control action.
Choose Start or Stop.
Confirm the action if prompted by the app.
Nano Controller behavior: Remote start/stop is available without additional controller-side constraints.
Pressure bands
Pressure bands define how the compressor should operate within a target pressure range. On Nano Controller machines, users can configure two pressure band profiles. These profiles can then be used directly or through the weekly schedule.
The exact values the user can configure depend on the machine operating principle.

What to keep in mind
The app does not allow arbitrary values.
Valid values are limited by controller rules received from the machine.
The allowed gap between the lower and upper pressure-related values must remain within controller limits.
The profile should match the machine’s operating mode and the customer’s demand pattern.
Weekly timer setup for pressure band scheduling
The Pressure Band Scheduling feature lets the user decide when a compressor should run with a given pressure band profile during the week. This helps align compressor behavior with real site demand, such as production shifts, reduced night usage, or weekend standby operation.
Nano Controller requirements: Weekly scheduling requires a working cloud connection and a correct timezone configuration. If either is incorrect, schedules may not sync correctly or may execute at the wrong local time.
What the weekly timer does
The weekly timer links time slots to predefined pressure band behavior. Instead of manually changing settings every day, the user creates a schedule once and lets the controller apply it automatically.
The app supports:
Custom weekly scheduling for different days and time ranges
Weekdays quick action to apply the same slot to Monday through Friday
Daily quick action to apply the same slot to all seven days
Step-by-step: set up a weekly timer
Open the machine
In Smartlink Mobile, open the relevant Nano Controller machine.Go to Compressor Management
Navigate to the scheduling area for pressure bands.Open Pressure Band Schedule
This is where weekly time-based configuration is managed.Select the day or quick action
Choose an individual day, or use Weekdays or Daily if the same schedule should be copied broadly.Add a time slot
Enter the start time and end time for the period in which a selected pressure band profile should apply.Assign the intended pressure band behavior
Select the relevant configured pressure band profile for that time slot.Repeat as needed
