How to activate Automatic Registration

Service Providers can choose to activate AUTOMATIC REGISTRATION for their users in order to avoid account verification. Once this feature is active, the system automatically creates a customer/site and assign the user and machines to the correct service provider. If the option has not been selected, the service provider still has to go through the verification process of each user. Follow the steps below to activate this feature.


Step 1

Go to ORGANIZATION MAINTENANCE.

Step 2

Select the service provider.


Step 3

Check the box AUTOMATIC REGISTRATION.
