TRUST CENTRE:
1. Updated the Data Privacy Officer contact information across the ICONS Trust Center and related privacy documentation. Users can now reach out directly to Privacy.officer@mail.connectivityicons.com for all data privacy and security inquiries.
2. Added the Mobile App Privacy Policy to both Smartlink and ICONS Trust Centers, enabling users to easily access mobile-specific privacy and compliance documentation in one central location.
3. Users can now initiate and submit machine data requests directly within the Trust Center under the ‘About machine data’ section, streamlining the submission process and improving overall usability.
4. Data and security requests within the Trust Center are now accessible to all external user roles, including distributors. Each request goes automatically to the right service contact for your organization, so it gets handled quickly.
Bugfixes
Fixed an issue where interactive widget chips (such as SMARTLINK AI, Uptime, and Energy) were not appearing on the Site Dashboard in Mozilla Firefox.
