Overview
We are excited to announce the release of Smartlink version 3.50, available as of release dates mentioned above. This update brings new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, etc.. Smartlink team has worked hard to ensure this release enhances your experience with our product, making it more efficient and effective to use.
New Features
A new Customer Admin role is available, allowing designated customer users to manage users and customer organizations within their own scope. This will allow them to manage users at Customer and Global Customer level as well. Internal admin roles (CC, PC Internal) can assign the "Customer Admin" role to a user profile.

Improvements
Maintenance History now opens in timeline view by default for easier chronological review. Users can still switch to the table view if desired.

Language support has been extended and stabilized, including adding Czech and fixing language switching for multiple previously affected languages. Users can change the language by visiting My Settings → Regional Information→ Language.

- The country list for phone number selection to be consistent with the mobile app, so that the country selection is consistent across all platforms and meets external compliance requirements. This alignment will also address reviewer feedback and prevent discrepancies in country naming conventions (e.g., "Taiwan, Province of China").
Bugfixes
Running hours to Load Ratio sometimes used to be more than 100% when selected date range was less than 30 days. With this version, the load ratio is capped at 100% to avoid confusing values for customers.

Machine status is now shown correctly to customers for machines running on a trial license, ensuring full visibility during the trial period.
