Overview

We are excited to announce the release of Smartlink version 3.43, available as of release dates mentioned above. This update brings new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, etc.. Smartlink team has worked hard to ensure this release enhances your experience with our product, making it more efficient and effective to use. 

New Features

• Users can now request vibration analysis for their machines directly from the portal, supporting proactive maintenance and service opportunities. In case the machines in the do not have License, they’ll be shown below screen. They can request the report by clicking on Vibration Analysis shown in the middle. In case the machines in the site have fitted Bearing Monitoring Device and License, they’ll be shown below screen. They can request the report by clicking on Vibration Analysis from top right corner. 

Improvements

• The Atlas Copco logo has been updated throughout the portal to reflect the latest branding
• All references to "SPM license" in the user interface have been updated to "Bearing Monitoring license" for consistency

Bugfixes

• Customer users could see both the Admin Manual and User Manual in the help menu, instead of only the user manual. This has now been corrected. 
• Unknown events in case of cases like “Ethernet Connection Lost” are better handled and shown with description now. 
  

Deprecations

• The “Optional to SMARTLINK” section has been removed from the My Subscription page.
