We are excited to announce the release of Smartlink version 3.36, available as of release dates mentioned above. This update brings new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, etc.. Smartlink team has worked hard to ensure this release enhances your experience with our product, making it more efficient and effective to use.

Improvements

• The connectivity states have been standardized and are now consistently labeled as Online, Offline, SIM Suspended, and No Upload Device. This update ensures a unified representation of machine connectivity throughout the platform.
  On the asset overview pages, the filter now includes all four statuses instead of just Offline and Online.
  

  

Bugfixes

• The issue for a subset of SmartBoxPro machines had low data mode despite having license has been fixed. All machines should now reflect the appropriate data mode in alignment with their licensing status.

• SBP to ES/Optimizer replacement is now supported.
