Overview

We are excited to announce the release of Smartlink version 3.41, available as of release dates mentioned above. This update brings new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, etc.. Smartlink team has worked hard to ensure this release enhances your experience with our product, making it more efficient and effective to use. 

New Features

• Introduced the Global Customer Report, providing a consolidated overview for global customer accounts. The report includes:
  • Uptime section: Overview of machine uptime and reliability across regions.
  • Usage section: Key performance indicators for machine operation by region.
  • Energy section: Insights into energy consumption, efficiency, and cost distribution per region.
  • Service section: Summary of service status and maintenance schedules for all monitored machines.
• Users can now subscribe to the Global Customer Report and add colleagues to the subscription, ensuring all relevant stakeholders receive the report.
  
• The Global Customer Report is now sent automatically by email to subscribed users, with a direct download link and summary of included insights. 

Improvements

• The download action in the Reports overview now opens the PDF in a new browser tab, allowing users to view or save the file without leaving the portal. The action text has been updated to “Open report” for clarity.

Bugfixes

• Event from push notification in Mobile App is now visible in Activity Feed.
• Operational status display now aligns with expected behavior for online machines, ensuring uniform status in Smartlink Portal and Mobile App.
