We are excited to announce the release of Smartlink version 3.60, available as of release dates mentioned above. This update brings new features, bug fixes, performance improvements, etc.. Improvements
A Mobile App Privacy Policy card is being added to the Smartlink Trust Center, sourced from OneTrust — with separate entries for Smartlink and ICONS. The card should match existing Trust Center styling, support all languages, and be publicly accessible without login.
Bugfixes
A reporting issue where the Energy Recovery report downloaded blank despite data being visible in the UI has been resolved. Unsupported machine types (non-Compressor/Vacuum/Gas Generator) are now filtered out from report selection, existing subscriptions.
An issue where the "Download Layout as Image" button on the Factory View (Site Dashboard) was unresponsive and failed to download any image has been resolved.
- An issue where China users attempting WeChat login — without a linked or completed SMARTLINK account — were stuck on an infinite loading screen with no guidance has been resolved. Users are now correctly shown an onboarding message directing them to link their WeChat account via profile settings.
