My Access is Denied, what now?

When a user tries to sign in after registering, their access can be denied. If this message shows, it usually means that the registration is not yet complete and therefore access has been granted. Signing in is only possible when the user status is Active or Access Granted. More information about the user states and required action can be found here


NOTE: manual verification of accounts by service providers is not necessary when the new users are invited.
