How to change the quote manager of a Service Provider

When roles or responsibilities change, it is sometimes needed to change the quote manager. The person appointed as quote manager receives all incoming contact requests from users. For this reason, it is important that there's always someone assigned to this role. Follow the steps below to change the quote manager:


NOTEThe quote manager has to be a registered user (admin). E-mail addresses that are not linked to a user cannot be assigned.


Step 1

Go to the admin overview > Organization Maintenance.

Step 2

Search for the organization that needs a new quote manager > click on the action menu (three dots) > select EDIT.

Step 3

Scroll down in the organization details. You will see the contact information if there already is a quote manager. Click on the linking-icon to open a selection menu > select the user > save your changes.
