Browser issue
If the link in the email invitation does not load the registration page, try switching browsers. The issue can occur using Internet Explorer but should be solved when trying it again in Google Chrome.
Invitation expired
An expired invitation can mean one of two things:
- The invitation expired because a new one was generated. In other words, whenever an admin sends a new invitation, older invitations expire.
- The user already used the invitation. It happens often that users complete the steps to register but - for whatever reason - do not sign in. Instead of logging into the portal, they use the invitation link again. However, registration is already complete and access has been granted (check the user status to confirm). If this is the case, instruct the user to sign in.
