Customer Selected the Wrong Service Provider

It happens that customers submit the wrong service provider. As a result, they end up being assigned to the wrong customer center. 


When users have to be verified, admins are supposed to check if the user actually belongs to their service company. If not, they can click on RE-ASSIGN USER. This prompts the admin to search for the right service provider. After selecting the service provider, click on SELECT to finalize the transfer of this user. If you are not sure whether the user belongs to this service provider, the admin can contact the service provider in question.
