Bugfixes
Authorized users can now edit and save changes to sales and service entities, such as service branches, without hitting an access error. Updates are saved as expected, so managing your organization's details is smoother.
Switching quickly between machines, tabs or date ranges on the machine detail page no longer causes an unexpected error screen. Machine details and asset forms now handle interrupted requests smoothly, so the portal is more reliable to use.
The scope selector now always loads correctly. If you end up in an organization you don't have access to, the portal automatically moves you back to your assigned organization. The "reset scope" option also takes you back to your own organization, so you can keep switching scopes without interruption.
You can now request intervention on a Supervision event even after marking it as "I do not require intervention." The request now saves without errors, and the event correctly shows that you asked for intervention.
Customers with a Supervision license can now see their machine cards on the Uptime > Bearing monitor page, instead of the "Request vibration analysis" prompt. Their sites also now appear in the bearing monitor overview for customers and service companies.
The Trust Center link in invitation emails for the China region now takes users straight to the right Trust Center page. Invited users can read our trust and privacy information without hitting a broken link.
When you edit a service branch, the Quote Manager list now shows active users from the service branch and from the organizations above it, up to the Customer Center level. You can now pick a quote manager who is registered at a higher level, such as the country Customer Center.
