Diagnostic Dashboard

This dashboard is an interface specifically developed for Diagnostic Engineers who need to follow up on machines. Since this dashboard is for local and global Diagnostic Engineers only, access is restricted. However, you can find a sneak preview here.

Smartbox replacement

When a Smartbox needs to be replaced, admin action was required to make sure you can keep monitoring the machine on the platform. The procedure in Smartlink is now automated. 

The system will detect when a Smartbox has been physically replaced by a new one. This triggers a replacement procedure that will acknowledge that the new Smartbox will take over from the old one. All incoming data from the new Smartbox will then be associated with the correct machine. 

You can follow up on the status of the replacement procedure in the Smartbox Replacement overview. Admin action is only required if the status is FailedToReview. In most of these cases, Smartlink is not able to match the new Smartbox model with the old one. You can manually command to accept the new model and rerun the replacement flow.


Unassigned maintenance: map view and FAM-code

Adding unassigned machines can be a struggle. It was difficult to decide which of the thousands of machines belong to your customer center.

In order to make this easier, you can now filter the Unassigned Maintenance overview by your FAM-code. 

In addition, you can switch to map view to find out the last known location of the machine.

New connectivity state: suspended

Sometimes communication devices' SIM cards are sending an enormous amount of data in a short period of time. Our system will now run a daily job to check for communication devices with this type of behavior. Such communication devices will be suspended.

The connectivity state will remain suspended until the issue has been resolved on-site. Once this is done, you can activate the SIM card again via the Fleet Management overview. This last command will be implemented in the next release.

VSD error mapping

The VSD error mapping has been improved. A more detailed article will follow.

Mails to Quote Managers improved

We improved the content of the different mails Quote Managers might receive from their users. This includes improved recommendation leads, quote requests, license requests, and contact requests.

Information was added to communicate more clearly to the Quote Manager why and by whom they are being contacted.

Improved Running Hour overview

There were some machine-types not supported in the running hour overview. For your reference, you can find an overview of the supported machine-types below:
