How do I setup my notification settings?

CREATE A NEW NOTIFICATION GROUP

Step 1

Go to NOTIFICATION SETTINGS. You can find these settings in the EVENTS overview or via the second tab (NOTIFICATION GROUPS) in your COMPANY SETTINGS

In events overview:

In company settings:

Step 3

Select one or more recipients for the new notification group. All recipients will have the same settings. If you want to have a different setting for a specific recipient, you will need to create a new group for this individual. It is important that you are in the right scope. For example, if you are in the scope of Site A, you will not find the users of Site B.

For service provider users, you need to be at your top scope in order to be able to select yourself. You won't find yourself if you are trying to create a notification group for a customer

NOTE: You cannot add email addresses that are not linked to verified user accounts or without access to the selected scope. The same applies to SMS notifications (only available if a valid phone number is linked to the user’s account).

Step 4

Select the machines and the type of events you wish to track. You can expand the selection to select specific machines by clicking on the down arrow and selecting them.

NOTE: If your scope is not at the site level, you will need to find the selected machines by clicking on SELECT MACHINES.

You can use the tree hierarchy (in the example below: Root>Atlas Copco Airpower> ICONS Site) or the search field to find the sites or machines you wish to add to the notification group.

After selecting machines and/or sites, click ADDOnce the selection has been added, you will see a machine selection overview. Here, you can still edit the selection if needed.
