How to find and activate a license in the license portal

Step 1    

Select OVERVIEW to see the license overview:

 

 

Step 2    
Enter the service order number (remove leading zeroes) or dispatch reference in the search box and click on APPLY. The comments if the license should contain these numbers, although it is not visible in the table:

 


Step 3

Click on the NOT ACTIVATED link in the hardware reference column.


Step 4

Enter the serial number of the machine in the Hardware Ref. field and click SAVE in the top right.

 

NOTE: Licenses can take up to 24 hours to synchronize with the Smartlink platform.
