- Once a customer has accepted your offer (price agreed), you have to ORDER the license part number for one year. The part number for Smartlink licenses are:
- 1630064500 for Uptime License
- 1630064700 for Energy License
- The order should happen like any normal spare part order, or you can include it in a contract as an extra line with only one visit per year, with new license part number as ‘part’
- Once the order is processed by the system (max 1 day), you will see a new license in the DIGITAL LICENSE PORTAL: https://ctlicenceportal.atlascopco.com/Login.aspx
- In the license portal, you can click the license and ACTIVATE it by entering the serial number of the compressor in the ‘Hardware Reference’ field:

The red arrow is an old license (ordered in 2016) but never activated. If you click on the ‘not activated’ link, you will see this screen.
If you enter a correct serial number (as it is in Smartlink) and click on SAVE, this machine will get Uptime License for one year.
